OUR EXPERIENCES

Since opening its doors in 2007, Sava's has become a cornerstone of Ann Arbor’s vibrant dining scene, beloved by a diverse mix of University of Michigan students, faculty, locals, athletes, and visitors seeking one of the city's most cherished culinary experiences.

Sava’s began as a humble 23 seat café across from our current space on State Street. We started small, every year adding, changing, and engaging with our guests to achieve an atmosphere and menus that were unmatched in their authenticity and creativity. Sava’s has terroir. It is a local restaurant serving the best the region offers while pushing the conventional boundaries all along the way.

Nestled in the woods of charming Dixboro Village, The Dixboro Project invites you to experience abundant nature and an inventive menu that blends rich flavors with over a century of local culinary tradition. Our thoughtfully crafted dishes honor the history of this cherished space while infusing a modern twist. Whether you're joining us for a refined, yet relaxed dining experience in fine dining restaurant Dixboro House, or stopping by The Boro for freshly baked pastries, wood-fired pizzas, takeaway meals, and much more, you'll find a warm and nourishing atmosphere that captures the essence of Dixboro’s storied past and flavor you won't soon forget.

Aventura began in 2013, like many seductive ideas, with creative individuals seeking adventure. When restaurateur Sava Farah acquired the 1800s-era building that now houses Aventura, she was instantly captivated by its rich history, unique patina, and undeniable character. The space itself became the source of inspiration, setting the stage for what Aventura would ultimately become: a celebrated destination for authentic Spanish cuisine.

With its vibrant atmosphere, exciting menu and diverse dining experiences, Aventura offers an authentic and lively environment that brings a true taste of Spain to Ann Arbor.
